Shipping Policy

Every Go Mother Ducker item is printed just for you after you order. No warehouse full of ducks sitting around. Here's how your order gets from us to your door.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Making your order: about 2-5 business days to print and pack it.

Shipping, once it leaves:

  • United States (Standard): about 3-4 business days

  • United States (Express, if offered at checkout): about 1-3 business days

  • Canada and international (Standard): about 5-20 business days

So for most US orders, plan on roughly 1-2 weeks from order to doorstep. These are estimates, not promises. Holidays, weather and carrier hiccups can slow things down.

WHAT IT COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your duck across the map.

ONE ORDER, MORE THAN ONE BOX

Some items ship separately. For example, stickers are packed on their own, and items made at different print locations travel separately. If one box shows up first, don't panic. The rest is on the way.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

We ship to most countries. If your order ships from a different region than where you live, your country may charge customs duties, taxes or handling fees on delivery. Those are set by your country, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by the buyer.

Because of legal and carrier limits, we can't ship to some places, including Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, and the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we can send it again, but the reshipping cost is on the buyer.

NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL?

Since everything is made to order, production can start quickly. Email us right away and we'll do our best, but once your order is in production we may not be able to change or cancel it.

LATE OR MISSING PACKAGE?

If your tracking shows no movement or your order is past its estimated delivery date, give it a couple extra days (carriers get slow, ducks don't). Still nothing? Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and we'll track it down. See our Refund & Returns Policy for what happens next.
