We want you happy with your duck. Here's how we handle problems.
MADE JUST FOR YOU
Every shirt, sticker, tote and tumbler is printed on demand after you order it. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart before you order.
IF WE MESSED UP, WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a refund. No need to send it back unless we ask.
How to report it:
1. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number.
3. Attach clear photos showing the problem (the print issue, the damage, or the wrong item, plus the label/tag if you can).
We'll review it and get back to you with a replacement or refund.
LOST PACKAGES
If your order never arrives, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll check with the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund.
WRONG ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If an order is returned because the address you entered was wrong or incomplete, or the package wasn't picked up, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address, but the reshipping cost is on the buyer. Packages that come back and aren't claimed within 30 days can't be reshipped or refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel? Email us as fast as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's being made, we can't cancel it.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to show up.
BRAZIL AND EU CUSTOMERS
Customers in Brazil may cancel and return an order within 7 days of receiving it by contacting us with a photo of the unused item. Local consumer laws in your country still apply where they give you more rights.
